How much is shipping?

The shipping fees are as follows:

- 8.00€ in Italy (free shipping for orders over 100 €

- 15.00€ in EU countries (free shipping for orders over 200 €)

- 30.00€ in non EU countries (the end customer is exclusively responsible for paying any import fees)

Shipping will be carried out in 8/10 working days.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased articles, you can easily return them within 14 days of receiving the pack and change them with another product or receive a refund of the paid amount.

Is there a limited number of product that I can purchase?

Yes. You are not allowed to buy more than 10 products. In case you put more than 10 products into your shopping cart, you will see an error alert.

How can I pay for my order?

It is possible to pay with Credit Card or Paypal, or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is only possible for shipping in Italy.

When will my order be dispatched?

Shipping takes 8/10 working days, from the time the order is received. At the time of shipping, the customer receives an email directly from our UPS courier, with the tracking code.

Where will by order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Padua.

Can I make purchases directly at your premises in Padua?

It is not possible to make purchases directly at our premises in Padua. In Padua you can go to our store in Via Roma, 2.

How can I find the store nearest me?

Our storelocator makes it possible to quickly find the single-brand shop nearest you or retailers that sell our products O bag factory Spa.

The product I want is not available on the site, what can I do?

The site www.obag.eu is continuously updated. If something is not momentarily available online, it might be on its way!

The product I bought ONLINE is damaged, who can I get in touch with?

For information on products that have been purchased from our site www.obag.eu and have defects, you can write to customerservice@obag.eu attaching a few pictures of the product, showing the ruined part, to the email. Our staff will provide due assistance.

The product I bought from an O bag store is damaged, who can I get in touch with?

Within one year of your purchase, you can contact the store where the product was purchased or any O bag store in the area, providing your receipt or other proof of purchase with the date and place of purchase. No one at our stores is authorised to replace goods without proof of purchase. Our staff will provide due assistance.

The product I bought from an authorised O bag retail store (Single-brand) is damaged, who can I get in touch with?

Within one year of your purchase, you can ONLY contact the retailer where the product was purchased, providing your receipt or other proof of purchase with the date and place of purchase.

None of our retailers are authorised to change goods without proof of purchase.

I've changed my mind: how can I change a product purchased at an O bag store?

It must be changed at the store where the product was purchased or at any O bag store nationwide only by providing the receipt and within 14 days from the date of purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: note that product replacements and/or changes can only be made between SINGLE-BRAND POINTS OF SALE. It is not possible to replace and/or change products between SINGLE-BRAND and MULTI-BRAND POINTS OF SALE and between SINGLE-BRAND POINTS OF SALE and OUTLETS.

I've changed my mind: how can I change a product that I purchased Online?

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract (through any declaration) from the date of product receipt, and a further 14 days to request exchange of goods purchased with one or more different items.

In the event of exchange the customer must bear the costs for the return of the goods that they want to change and the costs associated with shipment of new goods that they want to receive.

The request to change your product can be made by sending an email to customerservice@obag.eu to receive a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.). This e-mail must include the number of the order, the item code and explicitly specify whether you are requesting an exchange of item/s.

The return item can be sent by courier or ordinary postal service, including the R.A.N. on the consignment note and attaching proof of the online purchase.

I want to return the product I bought Online and get a refund, how do I do this?

According to the Consumer Code, the consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract (through a simple declaration) from the date of receiving the product, and 14 more to return the goods and get a refund. In case of return the customer must bear the replacement costs.

In the event of exchange the customer must bear the costs for the return of the goods that they want to change and the costs associated with shipment of new goods that they want to receive.

The customer must send an email to customerservice@obag.eu to receive a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.).

The e-mail must include the number of the order, the item code and specify whether you are requesting a refund.

The return can be sent by courier or ordinary postal service, including the R.A.N. on the consignment note and attaching proof of the online purchase.

The refund is paid via PayPal. For Paypal payments made by re-crediting the credit card for payments made with the Carta/SI payment gateway.

Obag.eu reserves the right not to reimburse damaged or clearly used goods.

How can I clean my O bag?

You can use O Clean, an innovative product for cleaning EVA bag bodies.

The special sponge helps remove dirt and dust stains, as well as difficult ones such as ink, very easily; simply soak a corner of it and rub the affected area, without the use of any additional products. You can buy it from online O bag stores on https://www.obag.eu/

Is my O clock water-resistant?

No. O bag watches are 3 ATM water resistant, therefore they can resist splashes, body sweat and environmental humidity.
O bag watches are NOT waterproof and they cannot be immersed in water.
