Purchases in our multibrand or monobrand stores

A product replacement O Bag Factory Spa can be done only in our O bag stores, and only upon exhibition of your receipt or other purchase proof. . Without purchase proof nor receipt, no replacement can be done by O Bag Factory Spa nor by the retailer.

Moreover, product replacement O Bag Factory Spa can only accour within 14 days from the day of your purchase, SOLO and it will be possible only upon exhibition of your receipt.

Online Purchases

Exchange

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract (through any declaration) from the date of product receipt, and a further 14 days to request exchange of goods purchased with one or more different items.

In the event of exchange the customer must bear the costs for the return of the goods that they want to change and the costs associated with shipment of new goods that they want to receive.

The request for exchange can be made by e-mail to customerservice@obag.eu to apply for a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.). This e-mail must include the number of the order, the item code and specify whether you are requesting an exchange of item/s.

The return item can be sent by courier or ordinary postal service, including the R.A.N. on the consignment note and attaching proof of the online purchase.

O Bag Factory Spa we reserve the right not to exchange damaged or clearly used goods.

Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract (through any declaration) from the date of product receipt and a further 14 days to return the goods and obtain a refund. In case of return the customer must bear the replacement costs.

The customer must send an email to customerservice@obag.eu to apply for a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.).

The e-mail must include the number of the order, the item code and specify whether you are requesting a refund.

- The return can be sent by courier or ordinary postal service, including the R.A.N. on the consignment note and attaching proof of the online purchase.

- The refund is paid via PayPal. For Paypal payments made by re-crediting the credit card for payments made with the Carta/SI payment gateway.

All returned items must not have been used and must be in perfect condition, as they were shipped from their country of origin.

Before approving exchanges or returns, O Bag Factory Spa reserves the right to request photographic evidence of the goods you intend to exchange or replace.

Products will be/are subject to inspection by O Bag Factory Spa. If the product is not in the conditions indicated in the policies, O Bag Factory Spa may deduct 10% from the amount due for the refund.

O Bag Factory Spa reserves the right to reject unauthorised returns. If it decides to accept non-authorised exchanges or returns, it will deduct 10% from the amount of the refund that may be due.
